Welcome to A.G. Currie Middle School Home of the Cougars A. G. Currie Middle School, located at 1402 Sycamore Avenue at the south end of the City of Tustin, opened in the fall of 1972 and presently houses approximately 900 students. The school is named for a long-time principal and district business manager (1954-74). Currie shares 35 acres of land with Jean Thorman Elementary School. Presently the school has 34 classrooms, a computer lab, a multipurpose room shared with Thorman elementary school, a library, boys and girls locker rooms, and a large athletic area containing fields and a track.
